Agnes Wolfe Medium Patchwork Teddy Bear

Sale price$170.00 CAD

The teddy everyone falls in love with.

Some things are just impossible not to love.

These beautiful Agnes Wolfe teddies have become a favourite with both our guests and our team at Nimmo Bay. They are incredibly soft, wonderfully tactile and made with the kind of care that makes them feel less like a toy and more like a little heirloom to keep for years.

Each bear is made from naturally beautiful alpaca fur in a patchwork of soft, earthy tones. No two are quite alike, and that is part of their charm. The colour, texture and character of each bear are shaped by the natural materials and the hands that made it.

Designed by Agnes Wolfe on Vancouver Island and handcrafted in Peru, this is the kind of teddy that feels special from the moment you pick it up.

And yes, they are every bit as lovely as they look.

Why we love it

  • Exceptionally soft natural alpaca fur
  • Every bear is completely unique
  • Beautifully made in small batches
  • Designed by Agnes Wolfe on Vancouver Island
  • A wonderful gift for a new baby, child or simply someone who deserves something special
  • Made to be treasured long after childhood

Made to be treasured

The Agnes Wolfe heirloom bear collection celebrates the natural beauty of alpaca fibre and the subtle variations that make each piece unique. Colour and loft will vary from bear to bear, so the teddy you receive will have its own distinct character.

There is something particularly lovely about giving a child an object made by hand, from natural materials, that can become part of their story. This is the kind of teddy that can live on a bed, come along on adventures and eventually find its way into a keepsake box.

The Maker

Agnes Wolfe is a holistic design atelier located in the coastal haven of Tofino. Tofino sits on the rugged shoreline of Vancouver Island and is the ancient rainforest home to the traditional unceded territory of the Tla-o-qui-aht First Nation.

Their small batch artisan collections reveal an all-encompassing philosophy rooted in sustainability. For Agnes, her drive comes from being able to use her hands as tools for meaningful creative expression. Her products create moments for storytelling through harnessing natural elements into physical and tactile forms.
