Shipping and Returns

Shipping 

Your order will be shipped via Canada Post or UPS within 7 business days of purchase. For the most up to date information on shipping times with Canada Post, please click here.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Your order will always be shipped with tracking.

USA

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Your order will always be shipped with tracking.

International

International shipping is available to Germany at the customers expense. Your order will always be shipped with tracking.

If your order arrives to you broken or damaged, please include a photo of the product and packaging in your email. Damaged items are eligible for store credit or replacement of the same item.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us within 7 days of receiving your package.

Returned items are eligible for refund or store credit if received within 30 calendar days of the return process being initiated. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return. Your items must be in resell-able condition. Nimmo Bay retains the right to refuse a return for items not in their original condition. Returns not received within 30 days are eligible for store credit only.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and we do not cover the cost of return shipping or import duty and/or tax or customs clearance service charges for your return. These charges, if incurred, will be deducted from your return/credit.

Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for a return, exchange or store credit.

To reduce waste, we encourage you to return your item in the same package it arrived in. 

Somn Home bedding, Blacksaw blankets and Diane Rudge Knitwear are always considered final sale.

If you’re returning an item from the United States, please write ‘Returning Canadian Goods’ on the customs label to avoid additional fees or having your shipment rejected at the border.
