Shipping
Your order will be shipped via Canada Post, UPS or Purolator within 7 business days of purchase. For the most up to date information on shipping times with Canada Post, please click here.
Canada
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 and carrier-calculated shipping rates on orders under $150. All orders ship with tracking.
Continental USA
We offer tracked shipping with carrier-calculated rates to the continental U.S. Due to current tariff regulations, duties are calculated by the carrier and paid at checkout. Your order will ship with a Duties Paid label for a smooth delivery experience.
International
We offer tracked shipping with carrier-calculated rates on International orders to the UK and Germany. All international orders ship with tracking.
Broken Items:
If your order arrives to you broken or damaged, please include a photo of the product and packaging in your email. Damaged items are eligible for store credit or replacement of the same item.
Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us within 7 days of receiving your package.
Eligibility for Returns:

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

Items must be in resellable condition.

Nimmo Bay reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

Returned items are eligible for a refund or store credit if received within 30 calendar days of initiating the return. Returns received after 30 days are eligible for store credit only.

Sale items are always considered a final sale and are not eligible for a return, exchange or store credit.
To reduce waste, we encourage you to return your item in the same package it arrived in.
Somn Home bedding, Blacksaw blankets and Diane Rudge Knitwear are always considered final sale.
If you’re returning an item from the United States, please write ‘Returning Canadian Goods’ on the customs label to avoid additional fees or having your shipment rejected at the border.
