We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150. All other shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International shipping is currently unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience.
If your order arrives to you broken or damaged, please include a photo of the product and packaging in your email. Damaged items are eligible for store credit or replacement of the same item.
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us within 7 days of receiving your package.
Returned items are eligible for refund or store credit if received within 30 days of the return process being initiated by you. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return. Nimmo Bay retains the right to refuse return for items not in there original condition. Returns not received within 30 days of the initiation of the return process are eligible for store credit only.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and we do not cover the cost of return shipping or import duty and/or tax or customs clearance service charges for your return. These charges, if incurred, will be deducted from your return/credit.
Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for a return, exchange or store credit.
To reduce waste, we encourage you to return your item in the same package it arrived in.
Somn Home bedding, Blacksaw blankets and Diane Rudge Knitwear are always considered final sale.
If you’re returning an item from the United States, please write ‘Returning Canadian Goods’ on the customs label to avoid additional fees or having your shipment rejected at the border.
