Straight from our Little River restaurant you can enjoy two of our first ever Nimmo Bay jarred preserves, and an original recipe card for our classic scones.
Our Wild Huckleberry and Blueberry Preserve is created by the kitchen team from hand-picked berries from the forests around the resort. This preserve is bursting with the fresh and sweet flavours of summer. The second jar you'll receive is a bright and tart Rhubarb and Orange Blossom Jelly. The rhubarb is grown at Whitaker Farm on Vancouver Island.
